The FTAFC Board of Directors are delighted that Danny Greaves and Neil Simons have accepted an invitation to remain in charge for the 2025-26 season.
Danny Greaves will enter his eighth season with the Robins following his appointment as manager in the summer of 2018.

Chairman Derek Graham stated: "As you are all aware, forward planning never stops at a football club. With so much work to do in the remaining weeks of this season, we also need to build for the future, both on and off the pitch. Courtney Fong has already touched on some exciting off-pitch announcements, which we expect to materialise in the coming weeks.
"We also need to ensure we get the on-pitch decisions right and agreed in order to enable the required planning to begin. After last night's Board meeting, it was unanimously agreed that we would like our current team of Danny Greaves and his assistant, Neil Simons, to continue into next season, in whichever division we are competing.
"We all feel that Danny has the talent to consolidate in this division if we stay up, proven by the remarkable turnaround between December and March, showing top-of-the-table form. But, if we do unfortunately go down, we know he has the ability and know-how in that division, to ensure we challenge for an immediate return.
"He has had to deal with so much well-documented instability throughout his tenure here, and what he has achieved in those circumstances, with all the unrest and challenges, has been excellent.
"He has always held himself professionally, with class and dignity through all of those trying times, and those are the values we want from the leader of our club on the pitch.
"This season has been very difficult for everyone at the Club, with continued behind-the-scenes problems, but as the future is now looking bright, we feel that Danny and Simo can thrive in a much more settled environment, and we are certain our team is in safe hands."

On the decision, Danny Greaves commented: "I am delighted the Board have once again shown their faith in me to lead this club into next season.
"They have always shown huge backing for myself, which I never take for granted. It was important to me to ensure the whole Board felt I was the right man for the job before committing myself for another season.
"Looking back at my time at the club, I am proud of what we have achieved in what has been an extremely challenging period off the field for the entirety of my tenure. We have built consistently strong squads, good team spirits, in the main tried to play exciting attacking football, grown the supporter base and built a real connection between the players and the fans, all in really testing conditions off the pitch. Hopefully that off field instability is coming to an end, and that should give us a platform to build on the pitch.
"With 4 games remaining of this season, our aim and belief is we can still pick up the required points to stay in this Division. If we do that, we are confident we understand what is required to compete next season. It is clear our start to the season was poor, due to horrific injuries to important players, the loss of some key players due to financial constraints and a challenging summer of recruitment. It also took some of our younger players, many of whom were stepping up to this level for the first time, time to adjust to the league. But we have adjusted, the players have grown and learnt. Our points return over the second half of the season is a mid-table return, which proves we have made the right improvements and hopefully we can get over the line in the remaining games.
"However, we also need to be realistic, and as it stands we could end up back in Division One, and, if this is the case, we have proven as a management team, we know how to compete in that league with consistent promotion challenging seasons previously.
"This early decision gives clarity and also enables planning to begin for each eventuality which is important.
"I never take the honour of leading this club for granted and take my responsibilities seriously. I respect the badge and what it represents and I hope that we can continue to give you, the loyal and dedicated fans, a team to be proud of."

Assistant Manager Neil Simons will also be staying with the club for the upcoming season. Upon committing, our No.2 remarked: "Firstly, it’s a privilege to just be part of club and be entrusted by the Board and Danny to assist in leading this club on the field, and I’m delighted to extend this for another season.
"This season hasn’t gone how we would have wanted to date. However, I have personally taken a lot of learnings from the season and the statistics say we have adapted positively as the season has progressed. We have an opportunity to secure our status in the league over the next four games, which, if we are honest, after the Marlow away game seemed impossible, so every effort will be going in to making sure we do our very best to stay in this division.
"Come what may at 5pm on the 26th April, there will be a new task facing us, and we shall approach that with the same work ethic and passion to succeed as we have always done, but with the experience of this season in our back pockets.
"There are so many good people at this club, from the volunteers to the staff and, of course, the fans, and our drive also comes from wanting to give everyone at the club a team to be proud of, so thanks for your continued dedication and support. Up the Dodge!"
Conversations with the incumbent staff and players will commence at an appropriate time.

Sometimes you just have too many assignments, and buying paper online ends up saving the day. I recently decided to buy essay online, and it turned out way better than expected. I’ve tried buying term paper services before too, but I’m still searching for the best place to buy essay paper that’s actually reliable.
I bought a fake college degree from diplomaguys.com and it all worked out.
I’ve been looking into different construction and architecture services, and firsthomeplans.com caught my attention. Their design-build approach makes a lot of sense because it minimizes miscommunication and creates a smoother project delivery process. From residential homes to large-scale commercial and industrial projects, they have the expertise to handle it all. What I find impressive is their commitment to sustainable design and their ability to combine creativity with precision. It’s no surprise that after more than two decades, First Home Plans is trusted as a leading construction partner.
