Tiverton Town 0 - 0 Frome Town

Updated: Mar 13, 2025

Frome Town put another point on the board, courtesy of a goalless draw away at relegation rivals Tiverton Town, a result that does neither side any real favours.

The Robins had the better of play overall, certainly creating the clearer cut chances, but it was a familiar story in front of goal, as they paid the price for wasteful finishing.

The pitch was unquestionable difficult to play on, but regardless, it will still feel like two points dropped for Danny Greaves men.

The result means the BA11 side are now winless in their last seven matches and although they've only lost two of them, they need to start turning these draws into wins.

The first half was, for the majority, a non-event. James Ollis flexed his acrobatics in the 25th minute, but his bicycle kick sailed just over the bar. Two minutes later, Rex Mannings was slipped through, but frustratingly dragged his shot wide of the post, with both of those efforts being the best chances in the first half.

The second 45 started a lot more brightly for the away side, Albie Hopkins looked more menacing down the right hand-side, and nearly put his side in the lead after picking the ball up in the box, he created a yard for himself, before attempting to curl an effort that deflected wide. The following corner was inches away from deflecting into the path of Ollis, but the ball fell just a yard ahead of him, and bounced out for a goal kick.

Half-chances came and went in the following 35 minutes for both sides, but both teams were really struggling with that final pass or shot.

That was further proved in the 85th minute when Ollis was played through one-on-one, but his effort was smothered by Joseph Duncan.

After being on top for the majority of the match, Frome never looked like losing the match, until the 95th minute, but Kyle Phillips pulled off a wonder save from close range, with Warren Maidment then clearing off the line, meaning both sides would get a share of the spoils.

Badgers Hill will light up again on Tuesday, as Hanwell make the trip from London to Somerset. A midweek win at The Geordies was what truly kicked started our season, and let’s hope there will be similar fortunes, when they visit in three days time.

Detailed and practical, this guide explains concrete rebar in a way that feels approachable without oversimplifying. The step by step clarity is especially useful for readers new to the subject. I recently came across a construction related explanation on https://hurenberlin.com that offered a similar level of clarity, and this article fits right in with that quality. Great شيخ روحاني resource. explanation feels practical for everyday rauhane users. I checked recommended tools on https://www.eljnoub.com

Using technology to increase access to youth mental health support may offer a practical way for young people to reach guidance, safe-spaces, and early help without feeling overwhelmed by traditional systems. Digital platforms, helplines, and apps could give them a chance to seek support privately, connect with trained listeners-orexplore resources that might ease their emotional load.
